How do I update my medical examiner certification? Can I do it over the phone?

Submit your medical examiner certifications and self-certification affidavits by visiting our Driver Services Online portal. We cannot accept your long forms - only your medical examiner certifications and self-certification affidavits. Your profile will be updated in order of submission and therefore cannot be updated over the phone.
