-Tennessee State Law, T.C.A. 55-50-204(b), requires the Department of Safety to record all reportable motor vehicle accidents.
If it is determined that a correction is needed, please visit the police department of the officer that was on scene at the time of the crash to review. Once a revised report has been entered, the Department can make a correction if needed.
